Lisa Kozak is the Clinic Manager & Hair Transplantation Professional with extensive experience supporting patients through the hair restoration process. She is known for creating a calm, supportive environment and ensuring each patient feels informed and comfortable at every stage of care.
Her attention to detail and commitment to natural looking results play an important role in delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes. Outside the clinic, Lisa enjoys spending time with family, cooking, travelling, and being around her dogs.

Amanda (Mandy) Dermott
Mandy has been part of the clinic team for over five years, working as both a Medical Office Assistant and Transplant Technician across hair, skin, and vein treatments.
She is focused on helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their care, contributing to a positive and supportive clinic experience. Outside of work, Mandy enjoys spending time with her three children and watching sports with her family.
Chantelle Lebel
Chantelle is a Medical Office Assistant with over five years of experience in the medical field, supported by a background in fitness and wellness. She is known for her approachable nature and ability to build genuine, lasting relationships with patients.
Her role allows her to combine her interest in patient care with a focus on creating a welcoming, supportive experience. Chantelle values connection, empathy, and clear communication in every interaction. Outside of work, Chantelle is a true homebody. She enjoys spending time cooking, collecting new hobbies, and taking care of her family and beloved dog, Helios.
