Your consultation and any follow up visits with Dr. Elliott are covered by you valid Provincial Health Care Provider.
Do I need a referral from my family physician to come and see Dr. Elliott?
No, you can contact our office directly, and our staff will help you to set up a consultation to see Dr. Elliott.

Out of Town Patients
Dr. Elliott sees many patients from all over Canada and the United States. Sherwood Park, AB is located approximately 30 kms from the Edmonton International Airport. EIA offers many airport shuttles into the City of Edmonton and Sherwood Park, AB. Our office staff can assist you with booking into a hotel close to our office, and make sure that you get any pre-operative instructions dropped off discreetly.
Payment Options
Our office accepts Debit, Credit (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX), Cash and Certified Cheques. We also offer some information about a couple of Medical Finance Companies that we deal with. All payments are due at the time of procedure.
Please Note: All procedures require a deposit before the appointment is booked.
